The Founder

David Parraguirre aka

The Mexican Carpenter

David Parraguirre is an entrepreneur, husband, and father to a beautiful family in the state of Maryland, US. He is the owner and founder of Pro Builder Solutions, a custom home-building and remodeling company. David is also known in social media as The Mexican Carpenter and works as a content creator. His platform aims to educate and inform the Hispanic community in the science of building and how to optimize their performance in the field. He mentors young builders who may want to advance in other niches of the construction field one-on-one and hopes to develop a way to scale what he does to inspire more youth. David currently hosts annual events for the youth to educate them on how abundant the opportunities in the construction field are, while also having them engage in fun activities related to building and construction.

At the age of 14, David uprooted from his home in Veracruz, Mexico, and came to the United States, where he would go on to build his career in Washington D.C. After years of experience working for a few companies as a home builder, David would go on to lead his own team of builders. Some of his greatest achievements are the luxurious structures that he has erected over the years, which will stand for decades for all to see.

David has always made an effort to provide opportunities for workers in all his endeavors. The lack of representation for the Latino community has inspired David to speak up to various entities about the importance of letting the Latino community know they are seen as contributors to the vast growth of this industry, not just simple laborers.

Many companies and brands reach out to David daily for collaboration. It is important in every agreement made that David be able to represent his roots by making content in Spanish that is also informative and follows his organic structure of engaging his community. He strives to stay true to himself in all that he does, and a big part of that is staying true to his community and continuing to be a voice for the tradesmen in his field.
